The 190 visa is a state-sponsored visa that allows you permanent residence in exchange for 5 points from the state that is sponsoring you.

VISA NO. 491
The 491 visa is a five-year temporary visa.
To become a Permanent Resident, you must work in a regional area for three years and earn $53,900 per year, after which you can apply for the 191 visa (which will become available in 2022).
