Eligibility Criteria for Dependent Child Visa
- The child must be dependent on a parent who holds a Partner Subclass 309 visa, Partner Subclass 820 visa, or Subclass 445 visa.
- The child must be sponsored by the same person who sponsored their parent’s permanent Partner Visa application.
- The child must be:
- Under 18 years old, OR
- Over 18 years old and financially dependent on the parent.
